Description

A recipe which must be discovered imperatively. Homemade andouille smoked then cooked according to the traditional method of Brittany (broth in hay) which comes to associate with the pork terrine for a tasting on grilled country bread accompanied by cider.

The product is handmade by a breeder of rustic breed porks in Langoat, in the country of Treger.

Porks are raised on straw and fed only by cereals produced by the farm without chemical fertilizers. The farm has been the holder of the Label Rouge since 2006 and the terrines meet demanding quality criteria : 70% of lean pork meat and less than 15% of fat and liver. Terrines that contain neither coloring agents nor preservatives.

  1. Recette originale avec de l’andouille fumée. Délicieuse terrine.
