Description

An inimitable Celtic terrine which associates the best of lean pork with black trumpets, onions of Brittany and Pleubian peated whiskey. Difficult to do more local !

The product is handmade by a breeder of rustic breed porks in Langoat, near Tréguier, in the country of Trégor.

Porks are raised on straw and fed only by cereals produced by the farm without chemical fertilizers.

The farm has been the holder of the Label Rouge since 2006 and the terrines meet demanding quality criteria : 70% of lean pork meat and less than 15% of fat and liver. Terrines that contain neither coloring agents nor preservatives.
