Description
THE TUNA RECOVERS ITS NOBILITY
With this whole albacore (white) tuna, one of the king fishes of the Atlantic comes back in the most traditional version, without preservatives nor coloring agents.
Simply accompanied with a little salt of Gwenrann, this piece of tender and tasty tuna resumes the methods of preparation of the Lorient former fishermen on board ships. This fish is caught only in season, about 600 miles to the west of the Breton coast.
A natural product made by an artisan cannery of the fishing port of Lorient which works and prepares the fish caught by its own boats.
