Description
ORGANIC AND BRETON WINE
The Muscadet Les Coteaux is an atypical vintage resulting from a double fermentation with a complex aromatic palette. The fruity character of the wine comes to shade off milky aromas. Notes of white peach are perceptible.
This Muscadet of Côtes de Grandlieu on lees offers a supple attack. Voluminous and opulent, you will appreciate its length in the mouth. To discover ideally in accompaniment of fishes or Saint Jacques which will reveal its minerality.
As all the white wines of the wine estate, this vintage is certified organic by the control body ECOCERT.
Located in the south-west of Nantes, the Domaine Les Hautes Noëlles is a member of the quality label Vignerons-Artisans de Bretagne. The first traces of vineyards on this soil are dated towards the year 1180.
