Description
A semi-dry cider certified organic and pure juice guaranteed.
The peculiarity of the semi-dry cider is its fermentation time lower than that of the dry cider. It is thus sweeter and contains less alcohol than the dry. A product that will match both sweet and salty.
This cider is produced in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in the land of Penthièvre, on the border of the Saint Malo country. The 12 hectares of orchards of this farm are in organic farming since 1997 and provide 17 local varieties of cider apples (“Marie Ménard”, “Chevalier Jaune”) and juices. No fertilizers or weed killers are used for cultivation and harvesting.
