Description
Here is a cider vinegar elaborated from very dry cider. Its amber color, its light acidity makes it special and will allow multiple uses in cooking (vinaigrette, broths, sauces…).
In addition, the cider vinegar is naturally rich in vitamins (A, B1, B2, B2, C and P), minerals (calcium, magnesium, iron, etc.), enzymes, pectin (sugar and cholesterol controller) and organic acids. Enough to combine useful with pleasant!
This product is made by an artisanal way in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in the land of Penthièvre, on the border of the Saint Malo country. The 12 hectares of orchards of this farm are in organic farming since 1997 and provide 17 local varieties of cider apples (“Marie Ménard”, “Chevalier Jaune”) and juices. No fertilizers or weed killers are used for cultivation and harvesting.
