Description
THE CREAM OF THE CROP
In the elite of Breton soups, the lobster bisque is unmissable. A velvety prepared from the crustacean king of ports on the north coast of Brittany as well as local products. A recipe without coloring or preservative.
This bisque is prepared by one of the last artisanal canneries in the « Breton country ». The production is carried out in reduced series in order to guarantee freshness and demanding selection of the ingredients. This family company is based in Douarnenez, a land of know-how for the work of seafood products.
