Description
ARMOR MEETS ARGOAT !
Rillettes of albacore (white) tuna with pommeau to surprise you. A product without preservatives nor coloring agents to taste ideally on toast as an aperitif.
The pommeau of Brittany is a mixture of apple juice usually used to make cider and lambig, the Breton version of brandy.
These rillettes are made by an artisan cannery of the fishing port of Lorient which works and prepares the fish caught by its own boats.
