This cream of certified organic caramel is an essential ingredient in all the good kitchens of Brittany. A caramel with salted butter, needless to say.
A creamy and natural texture for a product that does not spin and that will be the best companion of your wheat pancakes.
Our producer is a Center of Aid through Labor which aim is to promote the social and professional integration of handicapped workers who participate in the development of products. This center with a strong local presence is based in Carentoir, in Reter (eastern) Browereg.
