REDISCOVER THE ANCHOVY AND ITS BENEFITS
We propose to discover this surprising recipe where anchovy, one of the main fishes of Southern Brittany fish markets, is prepared in rillettes and accompanied by organic cumin, a spice with multiple virtues.
These anchovies, from selective and responsible fishing, are caught only during the summer season off the coast of Brittany, in the northern Bay of Biscay.
These rillettes are made by an artisan cannery of the fishing port of Lorient which works and prepares the fish caught by its own boats.
