Description

An explosive mixture that this terrine of Breton pork spiced by the organic Espelette pepper of Laurence Lastiri, producer of pepper rooted in Itsasu, in the mountains of the Basque Country.

The product is handmade by a breeder of rustic breed porks in Langoat, in the country of Treger.

Porks are raised on straw and fed only by cereals produced by the farm without chemical fertilizers.

The farm has been the holder of the Label Rouge since 2006 and the terrines meet demanding quality criteria : 70% of lean pork meat and less than 15% of fat and liver. Terrines that contain neither coloring agents nor preservatives.
