WAR VENEZ ARE – ORGANIC pork rillettes from the Arrée mountains
Rillettes of organic porks raised in open-air on the roof of Brittany, in the Arrée mountains. The animals are born and grow under the mist and wind of this corner of Leon with a very special climate. And eat organic, of course.
Here, no industrial pigsty. Just a little shelter for the night.
Onions, Guérande salt, pepper, thyme and bay leaf. Nothing more for this product made in Sizun. To taste on a country bread.
