Description

No breton food without buckwheat flour.

Although the cultivation of buckwheat has almost disappeared in the 80’s in favor of more “modern” crops, the latter is back in our fields and our plates. We owe it the buckwheat pancakes and the stuffing of kig ha farz (another classic Breton meal) for the most popular dishes.

This certified organic buckwheat flour is ground whith a stone grinder according to the traditional method in a traditional farm of Hénansal, in the land of Pentevr (Penthièvre).
