Description

In this book published by the Editions de Bretagne (La Baule) in 1947, Roparz Hemon draws up a complete and hard assessment of the situation of the Breton language at the end of a period both tormented but rich in production for our national language.

This book from the original edition is in good condition. At most, a few pages are slightly yellowed by the work of time.

Roparz Hemon is a linguist, novelist and Breton journalist. Founder of the literary magazine Gwalarn, he remains the main artisan of the unification of the Breton language and its lexical enrichment.
