Thinner and more crispy than its cousin the Breton shortbread biscuit, this thin biscuit delicately spiced up with Guérande salt is a delight, sweetened but not too much.

Handmade by Percelay, without dyes or preservatives, but with a lot of know-how! Thin biscuits are simply browned with egg yolk.

You will be able to take your thin biscuits wherever you like thanks to their fresh bags.

The Percelay small business is a major institution in the Bigouden country. From a first pancake shop opened in 1972, this small craft enterprise initially specialized in the manufacture of pancakes now offers a range of cakes and biscuits from local culinary traditions. A rooting that is confirmed even in the ingredients since all the suppliers of flour, milk, egg and butter of the Percelay house are locals!
