THE REVIVAL !
Forgotten of the traditional recipes of our grandmothers, rhubarb comes back to the forefront thanks to KARANTEZ VRO with this jam which gives priority to fruit, not to sugar.
Rhubarb is cooked in small quantities in a copper cauldron to preserve the flavors and the preparation is entirely hand-made, thus preserving small pieces of fruit.
All the ingredients that make up this jam come from organic farming.
Located in the country of Malou, our artisan realizes small quantities of organic jams where the fruit is at the heart of the recipe.
