WAR VENEZ ARE – ORGANIC pâté of ham with mushrooms from the Arrée mountains
We propose you a pâté of ham with mushrooms made in the heart of Argoat.
This farm raises organic open-air pigs on the roof of Brittany, in the Arrée mountains. The animals are born and grow under the mist and wind of this corner of Leon with a very special climate. And eat organic, of course.
Here, no industrial pigsty. Just a little shelter for the night.
Onions, Guérande salt and pepper complement the recipe of this pâté with traditionional flavor.
