From a first pancake shop opened in 1972, this small craft enterprise initially specialized in the manufacture of pancakes now offers a range of cakes and biscuits from local culinary traditions. A rooting that is confirmed even in the ingredients since all the suppliers of flour, milk, egg and butter of the Percelay house are locals!
