This salt will go well with crustaceans as vegetables.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Seaweeds producted from organic farming are a mixture of sea lettuce, dulse and nori from Bro Leon, in the North-West (Gwalarn in Breton) of Brittany.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The grey sea salt is naturally picked by two passionate salt workers in the salt marshes of Pen Buzo, in the Gwenrann (Gu\u00e9rande in French) peninsula.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">These two independent artisans, associated within the family company L&#8217;Atelier du Sel, harvest a natural salt on the M\u00e8s basin, without treatment or enema, and which is not the object of any addition.
